Worst company to work with! They are liars, I made a complain about a board member which after wards I was Harassed, threatened by their lawyer for a long time. Ashley was getting a satisfaction being extremely rude to me and my husband no apology to this day. was told I wasn't the homeowner but I am! Just to stop me from running for the board members position. I later find out why! I said it on yelp and I'll say it here. These people couldn't coordinate a sh*t if it was falling out of their a**. Rude in all communications, no clue of what is going on with property resources. I'm shocked they are still in business. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I can't wait until.the contract expires.
zero stars is how they should be rated. Funny how compliments to this company on this site don't provide their real names. What a joke! Surely they are put their by this absolutely terrible management company. All they do is SCREAM. They don't help your community but milk thousands of dollars and leave it in a deteriorated state. This mgmt company stinks. No one should hire them - EVER! Let them go out of business as they DO NOTHING!. NO GOOD. Guaranteed to milk your association $$$$$ into their own pockets.
Good luck if you’re a renter- you will only be spoken to if you’re a home owner even if it is a “violation” that has to do with a renters personal property. They will violate renters for literally the same thing that home owners do! The homeowners get away with it scott free!
