This is the third time we've asked Mark to help us with our home, and we have continued to be more than happy with his work. Mark first replaced all toilets in our home, replaced our dishwasher and also our kitchen sink and faucet. Mark did a very good job to replace our sump pump in the basement. He assessed the damaged pump on site and made recommendations for the new pump. He provided itemized quotations for the job and answered our questions promptly. He did an installation professionally and tested the newly installed pump to ensure its proper working condition. He cleaned up the site neatly after the work. All the job related paperwork is also done clearly and professionally.
