Mark was great, showed up promptly and helped diagnose the issue!
I would strongly caution anyone from hiring this plumber. After agreeing to take on the job and making me wait three weeks, he cancelled at the very last minute without offering any real solution. To make matters worse, communication was terrible — it took him seven days to finally respond to multiple texts, which left me completely in the dark. Mark helped us install a sink where we thought was impossible. Others quoted us more than double when Mark was very fair with pricing and reasonable. Marilyn and I are thrilled with the work that Mark has done in our house. We’ve had Mark do repairs some in my viewpoint quite extensive and complicated and others a little more simple as well as installation of a new bidet. In all cases, Mark‘s work was excellent. He arrived on time and in my opinion the price was reasonable. Mark helped replaced our sink, installed a new dishwasher and updated our valves in the basement and outdoors. My experience with him throughout all this was excellent. Easy to communicate with. He's very knowledgeable and his prices are good. Would recommend him and use him for the future
