Very disappointing experience. After paying in full, I still had an unresolved drain leak. When I tried to contact Mark to address the issue, my number was blocked. I called again using no caller ID, and after introducing myself, he rudely said he was busy and hung up. He has since ignored my calls. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected the company to stand behind its work and address the problem professionally. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
From our very first phone call to the day of service, Mark has been a true professional and a master of his craft. Highly recommend this young man for his plumbing services. 🛁 🔧
