Was told had uti started me on bactrim then got call said culture was uti changed me to levofloxacin went back.for follow up.did not recheck for uti but was told no uti they never restested me very disappointed
The lady that I saw was Connie Gurley and she was very mean and rude and didn’t want to deal with all my medication or medical history she only wanted to treat me for a UTI and I’ve never been treated so poorly and it took 2 days and several phone calls to get them to send my pharmacy the prescription for some antibiotics and I have previous history of becoming septic due to a UTI and they were in no hurry to help me!!! I've been coming here for a lot of years. When I moved further away, I chose to keep coming and drive the extra miles because the staff are amazing and caring people. Now that I can no longer drive that far, I will miss the kindness and professionalism I was shown by Miss Connie. I will miss the entire staff. God Bless and keep doing a wonderful job.
This place is this place is a joke. My brother went here as a new patient, and called before hand and explained he has his medical records and since he's in a new area he's needing refills. The receptionist charged him $160.00 (because he came without a appointment) on a Thursday and it's Wednesday, the medication was supposed to off been sent on Tuesday but when he went to pick it up the Dr. Office called and canceled the scripts.. so he paid $160.00 to get the runn a round.. My brother is even a ALNP and still getting ran ... read more
