This place is this place is a joke. My brother went here as a new patient, and called before hand and explained he has his medical records and since he's in a new area he's needing refills. The receptionist charged him $160.00 (because he came without a appointment) on a Thursday and it's Wednesday, the medication was supposed to off been sent on Tuesday but when he went to pick it up the Dr. Office called and canceled the scripts.. so he paid $160.00 to get the runn a round.. Multiple request for records and refills go unattended. Wait times unacceptable. 45 min to hour after appointment time and still not seen. Leaving healthy folks sitting in a room with those that are ill is 1 disrespectful and 2 very irresponsible. Why have an appointment? No call backs and or responses are “sorry we are really busy today” “we are doing the best we can we will try to call you back”. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Guess that’s everyday!

Employees need more value, need to be more driven. But The Woman In Charge Is Very Intelligent And Passionate So This Is A Place I Would Recommend

I take a close friend to this office and the first time going at first glance it was a pretty clean office they had tv as intertainment and it was something you could actually watch! So I sit down and less than 5 min being there I feel something crawling on my arm and I look down and it's a bed bug!!!!!! I let the nurses and the receptionist know and no one seemed to care to much about it
