Well, I am writing this review after a very bad experience with McNorton. We have been with them for years and my relatives use them but the latest incident has destroyed our confidence in them and I plan to work to get my relatives to switch. In 2021 we purchased a very expensive, water cooled, whole house generator from McNorton and we have been on McNorton's maintenance plan. I had a great experience with McNorton. The tech that visited was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and the problem was fixed same day. I have no complaints at all.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony when our church's air conditioner stopped cooling. Anthony arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and kept the workspace clean throughout the process. We were especially impressed with his honesty and ability to identify the issue efficiently.
