The review above from someone who knows Dan well is 100% spot on. Arrogance and incompetence sums up my experience too. He will take no ownership of any issue with your property. And his team lacks experience and is clearly poorly managed. It's been a total mess

I have known Dan McNeill and dealt with his company for almost twenty years now. He attempts to manage our property in West Vail consisting of only twelve units, but handles everything with the most unprofessional, condescending, and arrogant attitude I have ever experienced of anyone that owns a property management company in Vail Valley.
