I came in to this store for a French mani and pedi. Which cost me $150, a price I don’t mind paying for quality and great customer service. Except the quality and customer service was extremely disappointing. I went in with someone who has vision impairment. I helped her to select her colour and shape etc.. then the technician changed so she had to do it again while I was having a pedicure so couldn’t assist her. The staff were very rude!! When I went to pay they charged me $40 but apparantly it was $50 so I incurred 2 credit card fees. No wonder it’s only 1.5 stars and dead quiet! Never going back.
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were very rude and the quality of the products and service was poor. She put a hole in my finger nail while taking off acrylics! My nails didn’t last at all and the overall hygiene and standards are unacceptable. I only visited because my usual salon in Belmont is currently being renovated but I regret it. Probably one of the worst manicures / nail refills I have ever done. My usual place was closed at the time, so had to go there instead - I don’t think I will be coming back unless no other choice. Uneven shape, patchy lumpy colour application, rather expensive, I paid $90 for this refill, my usual place is ($60).
