Terrible customer service. Pest control did not help our issues at all, aside from ant control. When I attempted to have our home serviced for the third time in 4 months, that we are paying monthly for, I was replied to with a cancellation of service and nothing else. They tell you you can call them out anytime you have issues when they get you to sign up under contract but will just cancel on you when you have a need for them. Makes no sense.
