Walked in without an appointment with a problem, left an hour later repaired. Most places wouldn't have given me the time of day at 3pm. This place made the repair. Customer Service at its best!
Walked in the dealer looking for a truck, Joe Dilkes helped me out, had a great experience. The way he worked the deal with us without hiding fees etc made him get a costumer for life!

When you are looking for a new vehicle, you would hope that the dealers you call are polite and informative. I called this dealer from another state. The first person of contact was rude on the phone and honestly I should have hung up then. Once transferred, I spoke with a salesman. I was told the vehicle I was looking at on GMC was sold. He then suggested another smaller vehicle and when I said I wasn't looking for that he hung up.
