I had the same experience with Snow Guards snapping off during the winter (bolts sheared right off) and tried numerous times to get a response to my inquiries (text, email, phone messages) over a period of a month and never heard back once. That is unprofessional.

They installed our metal roof in 2020, we didn't have much issues, other than they were late doing it. Now this past spring all of our snow breakers were torn off the roof, some screws came right out, some were sheared off, we have emailed, called and left messages to see if this was something covered under warranty, after 3 weeks we still have not heard back from them.

Excellent work. The job was completed in a timely fashion and Carter came and helped the crew finish the installation on the last day, making sure everything was done to his standards. They allow you to pay at the end of the job, which is very customer friendly. Their quote was less than half of what some other companies were quoting. It took them a while to get started, from the time we accepted the quote, but I would attribute that to them being busy.
