I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service. I was given a very clear overview of what I needed on the first call, and although due to my specific scheduling needs, I wasn’t able to use their service. They still went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with service by a trusted company. I’ll definitely be calling back for all my future needs.
This company fixed my AC. Excellent service and reasonable price
Very fair prices and easy to work with. Will call him again next time!
Very honest person! I recommend!
I reached out to MC Mechanical Heating & Air really late on a Friday night and Mark was clearly exhausted but stayed on the phone with me to walk me through ways to provide some relief for my family on a hot summer night. He then followed up with me immediately the next morning to resolve the issue with my AC unit. His customer service and human decency were next level.
