Very honest person! I recommend!
I reached out to MC Mechanical Heating & Air really late on a Friday night and Mark was clearly exhausted but stayed on the phone with me to walk me through ways to provide some relief for my family on a hot summer night. He then followed up with me immediately the next morning to resolve the issue with my AC unit. His customer service and human decency were next level.
Mark was wonderful, very professional and got my AC working quickly. I won’t use any other company!
Our system broke down, no heat or air. Called Mark Carney of MC Mechanical. Came over that day didn't leave till that night . Everything was repaired and working perfectly. He will definitely be the one I call from now on. Dependable and honest.
