Do not i repeat Do Not rent from this company! I rented a home from them for 26 months. we we moved in 1 spent 4 hrs cleaning it because there was food and alcohol left in the refrigerator. the bathrooms were dirty and ther was animal hair everywhere. I had to vacuum 4x to remove it all and replace my mom because it kept collecting hair from under the stove. the owner left his shower curtains soap and sponges in the bathrooms. the garage ceiling had water damage that was never repaired.
