We see Dr. McManus for our newborn son — he has had his fair share of issues/reasons for visits. She is great with him and with us. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and explains things to us which is helpful as first time parents. She doesn’t rush through visits and spends plenty of time with him and with us to make sure we feel comfortable and all of our questions are answered. I have come here for the entirety of my12 year old's life. Never had a problem, always thought it was a great place. Until today. The way I was talked to, looked at and treated by her Doctor today was completely uncalled for, unprofessional and downright deplorable. Being talked to like I am an idiot who doesn't even deserve to be a mother! The way she made me feel like a bug under her shoe.... Even the student who was observing looked uncomfortably by her tone and overall attitude towards me. She acted like she couldnt wait... read more

This pediatrician clinic is full of mean-spirited people!!! This staff is %, rude as can be!!!!! I recommend you find another place to go, as I did, today, 12/1/23. FYI, the rude guy that answered the phone, I did find another pediatrician with all 5 star reviews, and she is getting my soon to be, 10 year old, in Monday!!! To the Dr., I strongly suggest you consider replacing the people who answer the phones, cause this was the 3rd time I had an issue with the two of them. The lady was just as bad, if not worse. Js.
Dr. McManus has cared for our children from birth to 18yrs. Working in medical field myself, I am extremely careful who I entrust my loved ones care. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for her knowledge and medical care. Dr. McManus, all the providers & entire team at office are the best!
