Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
