My (residential)sewage pump went early on a thurs (just before mothers day weekend ) . I initally had issues with the "big company" where as they charged me large amounts of money with added emergency fees to pump the tank and tell me the pump was shot then left (also left me in the dark about the problem). They are well known in the area. I have used McMackin Plumbing twice now and have had very positive experiences both times. Scott and Steve were both very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I highly recommend them!
Scott was amazing. My pipes froze, for the first time ever because of this crazy cold front and he was able to come out same day. He did everything from heat up the lines, to shovel the snow from where my water line is. He was so professional and quick. Would call him for any plumbing issues!!
