Entrance is a 3-5 minute walk from the parking lot. There is no signage at the "entrance" giving help to show you where to go

I can’t recommend this hospital enough. They were the only ones who listened to my concerns about my 1 year old daughter and were able to come up with a diagnosis and refer me to a specialist for her. The entire staff was so helpful and kind. We saw Dr. O’Malley and he was great. He was able to answer the questions we had, and fully explain everything to us. Thank you to everyone who helped us last night with our daughter. We appreciate you so much!

ER doctor was not able to understand English had to explain multiple times the symptoms delaying an ultimately reducing the chance of survival of my family member. After 3 surgeries and moving patient from ICU to a regular room then brought to another floor were my wife and I had to push the gurney with a breathing therapist because they are short staffed back to the ICU! Horrible experience! Would not recommend go to Grand Strand hospital! Lucky I don’t sue them for malpractice!!!!

The ER on the day of our visit was bordering on chaos, showcasing on a pitiful level of organization. A healthcare organization should operate like a well oiled machine, especially an ER department where efficient management can literally be a matter of life and death. Your staff, whom we trusted to provide care and support were short and rude. This leaves me questioning the values and training that are instilled in your hospital employees .
