Being from out of town, I requested that my records be forwarded to my Ortho doc at home and I was told by the staff that there was no way for them to do it. I know that this is false info and now I have to take a dozen different steps to do what your staff said was impossible
Moms second hip replacement with Dr. Heimberger today (1st was about 7yrs ago) and couldn't be more pleased.
If i could leave zero stars, there would be none. The nurse who was supposed to care for my friend after she had a very big abdominal surgery left her, didn’t bring her meals, didn’t provide her any way to clean herself, and didn’t walk with her to rebuild strength, she had to page multiple times for someone to help her to the bathroom. She has more medical issues from this hospital than she did coming in. zero.

If I could give zero stars I would. The ER staff and Drs there are great and also very friendly. The problem is their billing department; they bill separately for the ER visit and then the DR sends you a bill as well. Took my toddler their to confirm he had the flu bc his primary care didn't have any appointments. We walked in and were seen in the triage room by a nurse 3 minutes tops and then the DR walked in looked at him and ordered a FLU/Covid test, nurse asked us to go back to the sick waiting room which is off to the s... read more
