McLellan & Associates was very efficient and responsive in helping me enter the rental business. They quickly found the houses in the prices range I was looking for. They also helped me get good financing, tradesmen for repairs, and my first tenant less than 30 days after closing. Overall, great service!!

He doesn't care about what you want. Won't answer any of your questions if he thinks the answer will be unsatisfactory. He always seemed to be available to show houses, probably because nobody else wanted to work with him.
