My daughter seen this orthodontist and he walked out! I’m still trying to find someone to remove the braces he put on her!!! It would have been nice if he at least thought enough of his patients to transfer care to another provider!!
I’ve seen him for 3 years and I had my braces for 2 and half years and he retired and didn’t send me too an orthodontist like your suppose to do. & now my braces is loose and I have a bracket that is about to come off, and can come through my jaw at any time. I don’t recommend him at all. Now I had a time getting through getting an orthodontist all over again and do some work after all that. I can imagine all the others he left. That’s not being an professional orthodontist. After he got paid we can’t get the service I need.
This Dr quit without any word to his patients. My child still has braces and NO ONE will take transfers. McLaughlin should have made sure ALL his patients had someone else before just leaving them all high and dry. I always hated this office and staff. Only time I could ever get anything done was to complain then they'd complain the child wasn't doing things right. If anything, McLaughlin is a rip off and a sorry A$$ excuse for a Dr. Another lesson learned.
