It is insane to me that I have tried to call 10 times to ask questions about billing and no one answers the phone. Not the experience I have had at other surgery centers.
Parking is awful
I had a colonoscopy at this location in October of 2025. The day before my procedure, I received two separate text messages with different arrival times. I had to call the office to confirm which time was correct, which immediately made me concerned about organization. When I arrived, the nurse who brought me back did not initially remember she needed to take my height and weight prior to anesthesia and had to ask someone else. I have been a patient at several surgery centers in my lifetime, and medical city mckinney really outperforms all of the others. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, answering all of my questions and concerns. I was very anxious leading up to the surgery, but the pre-op staff really made me feel at ease and made the whole experience very pleasant.
