The billing area is awful. They sent bills for amounts due prior to getting the payments from the insurance company and without any detail. One year after my surgery I got another bill with no detail, just a lump sum due. I called to find out what the charges were for since I paid up front and they couldn't provide any detail and told me to ignore the bill since things weren't finalized with the insurance company.
