I called to get some information about an upcoming surgery, mainly the cost, deductible, and what my out-of-pocket expenses would be. Unfortunately, I was transferred to the wrong department. The representative I spoke with (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly rude from the start. It is insane to me that I have tried to call 10 times to ask questions about billing and no one answers the phone. Not the experience I have had at other surgery centers.

I had a colonoscopy at this location in October of 2025. The day before my procedure, I received two separate text messages with different arrival times. I had to call the office to confirm which time was correct, which immediately made me concerned about organization. When I arrived, the nurse who brought me back did not initially remember she needed to take my height and weight prior to anesthesia and had to ask someone else.
