Very unhappy!! Brought a dress to this place and when I picked it up there were small metallic threads sticking out of the fabric with snags everywhere. The dress is ruined! When I spoke to the lady there and showed her the dress, I was told nothing is guaranteed. She said it probably shouldn’t have been dry cleaned. I asked her why she didn’t inform me of that and not dry clean it. They are supposed to be the professionals.
