Not too hot The reasons I would recommend NOT renting here: 1.) 21 parking spots for 24 TWO bedroom apartments. Are you serious?? 2.) Leasing office (and corporate) ignores suggestions to remediate parking problems. They let residents argue about legitimate vs. non-legitimate parking. 3.) Office does not enforce parking regulations or rules involving dog poop. 4.) Office leaves you snowed in for days without sufficiently plowing lots. 5.) I've tried to complain, but can't find an email address that will respond.
