I have Moved Here in March of 2008 when I Moved from Niles, Illinois!!! This is at: 2600 Oakton Street, in Park Ridge, Illinois!!! The back then was Called: Clark & Fabishch Management with a Maintenance Man Always on Duty, 5 Days a Week!!! This is a Condominium Building!!!!! If there was a Minor Problem, HE would Come in About 15 Minutes with his Tools, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!! The Manager's Name was: MS. This place/company is not worth renting from, these charge to much for rent and u get nothing out of it and they lie about things to make themselves look better. DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM U WILL REGRET IT!!! So if u see this company just keep looking past there site it is not worth the headache that u will end of with!!!👎👎👎👎👎
Do not use this company. They don't even know how to do a tax appeal. the property taxes in our complex went up 30 percent and they didn't even bother to do a property tax appeal.They cheat in condo association elections to ensure that board members get elected that will renew their management contracts. this is a very dishonest management company. My complex has been stuck with them for over 12 years and the units here are selling $40,000-$50,000 less than they were 15-20 years ago when I served on the board before they cam... read more
