Horrible management company. Poor response to maintenance concerns. They rig condo elections to get board members to renew contracts. They hold no meetings on property other than annual meeting and the properties they manage often decrease in value. Many owners in my complex have sold their properties at s loss. Do not do business with this company. Anyone that gives this company a 5 star rating is absolutely nuts. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have lived at a McKenzie managed development since July, 2018, first as a renter and then as an owner. That status change underscores what I think of the property, and the property managers: the longer McKenzie has been here, the better everything is becoming.

I have Moved Here in March of 2008 when I Moved from Niles, Illinois!!! This is at: 2600 Oakton Street, in Park Ridge, Illinois!!! The back then was Called: Clark & Fabishch Management with a Maintenance Man Always on Duty, 5 Days a Week!!! This is a Condominium Building!!!!! If there was a Minor Problem, HE would Come in About 15 Minutes with his Tools, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!! The Manager's Name was: MS.
