After a lot of headache and non-responsiveness from the billing department, I am paying five times the amount for a routine lab order than I have paid in several other states. The incompetence and lack of customer service is almost worse than the overinflated charges. My advice is to use a different lab.
Good care here, but their billing department is in the stone ages. They threatened us with a collection agency for supposed overdue bills, then the next week apologized after they found records that we had paid on time. They also quit accepting my employers insurance unbeknownst to me after 8 months of appointments with my family plan, so we were stuck with paying a larger percentage of the bills.
