My wife and I lived here for three years while she was attending UO. Laura (management) was great to work with - always helpful, responsive, and polite. Robert (maintenance) was always very responsive, usually within the day, to any things that came up or we needed help with. The apartment complex is one of the quietest along all of Kinsrow and is incredibly spacious.
I had a really good experience living here. Minus one star because of car break ins. I was there for about 3.5 years and was happy with the apartments and the location. Laura and Robert were both very kind to me and although i moved for a great opportunity, I’ll miss those apartments. Upon moving out, I found they were extremely fair with move our costs and what was deducted from my security deposit. If you choose to live here, keep your cars spotless or someone will break in. Laura has been so patient and accommodating with me. She listened to everything that I am needing and answered all of what some may say have been ridiculous questions. I am looking forward to hopefully getting the out live here with my daughter. Thank you Laura so much for everything.
When my fiancé and I were looking for An apartment. Laura was not only respectful but was understanding. She also went in great details on what we would need to do as well as what they would do. All of the people that help run the property and keep it in wonderful condition are respectful and love on your animals. This place should at least invest in cameras in parking lot given that my car was broken into. I get super scared walking in the dark after class. Definitely will be trying to get out of my lease. I cannot deal with this!
