McKellar’s is our florist! Today when they did not have what I needed, I believe it was the owner l, who went above and beyond for me by calling another florist who did have what I was looking for and then he even made extra phone calls to find information for me for the funeral home and time since ai could not access their website! Wonderful service-!! Very nice and helpful and beautiful and fresh flowers! I was blown away by his kindness!
I ordered flowers from out of town, on behalf of my mom & her friends- who live at a retirement home in Sarnia- as they wanted to send sympathy flowers for a dear friend. Ian could not have been more helpful. He understood the ladies budget and reassured he could do a lovely tribute and deliver them for the service. He also went the extra mile and followed up my call, regarding the service logistics & transportation. What excellent customer service and the personal touch was above & beyond! Thank you Ian!
I have been purchasing myself weekly arrangements here for a few months now and as much as I love the grab and go designs, Ian recently made me one with some of my favourite flowers and I absolutely love it! The quality and price can not be beat in Sarnia! Thank you so much!
I am late in posting this review but McKellars did an outstanding job on the flowers for my sisters funeral in April 2024. The arrangement they did encircling the urn was lovely and the 2 bouquets we ordered for either side of her urn were so beautiful and tasteful and it all coordinated so well. They were so helpful in store the day we made the arrangements. We also found the pricing very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use McKellars again.
