I have worked for Kim McKellar at his Town and country 1 extended stay. Very deplorable conditions, beg bugs, roaches etc.I would have guests come to me and say the front desk (Ken O'Brien front desk manager) told them you don't like it leave. What kind of service is this? Sad!!!! I could not take any more and did not wanna associate myself with this property anymore. The owner Kim McKellar uses this property as a tax deduction/write off.
