Worker manning the phone had no idea what they buy. I was specific and described. Wasted my time and many miles. Was told yes only to be turned away when I got there. Very poor business practice.

This rating is because of phone service. Or what I call customer no service. It was the attitude. Didn't even get to ask if we could do an exchange. We were sold the wrong item. Yes. It was after 30 days, but sometimes when a part costs $600 it takes months to financially be able to finally get to the point of actually working on the vehicle, because you have to pay someone to do the work, and then you realize it is the wrong part. Found the mirrors I needed for TRUUUCK there yesterday; promised some model lighthouses. (Now if I can only find them...) Hope to go back today after those beautiful tires for the "Tree" 50!
Sold me the wrong tire rim for my truck and when I always go there everyone seems to be in a bad mood. Went to Hines salvage yard out by Sugargrove toward Lancaster very polite and had the right parts for me
