We experienced a water heater failure on the coldest week of the year. Frank was very responsive and got to work on it right away. Owen and the crew installed a Navien on demand hot water system for our DHW and radiant floors. The system works great. We appreciate the great job they did in difficult conditions. We highly recommend Frank at McIntosh plumbing and heating.
