Hands down, the worst property manager our community has ever experienced. Important monthly financial statements/documents are not current, updated or provided on our community portal, no current meeting minutes are provided, little to no communication. Our community is in such disrepair that owners are afraid to go on the balconies due to rotting wood and instability.
