Homes are poor quality and overpriced. Does not come out to repair homes and will charge you a large amount in your deposit without scheduling a proper walk through before you leave. Would not recommend renting from them. Snow was never removed from yard or drive way. Poor quality lawn maintenance. Pipes will consistently freeze throughout the winter due to poor layout of the home. Never sent out exterminator for rats that chewed through cheap dry wall. Took several months to finish our fence.
