Dear Mr. and Mrs. Davenport, I'm sorry you got those impressions. I don't recall our interactions that way at either of your properties. In fact, I recall being complimentary about the condition of one property post renovation. I did express concern about the other one whose basement had some potential stability and water issues. I certainly don't know everything and will take your comments into consideration going forward.
In our honest opinion as we believe it to be true, the interactions my wife and I had with this company were rude, confrontational, and overall poor customer service. You wouldn't think you are a paying customer with this business. The representative acted like a know it all and was difficult to talk with.
