Tanya's Hypnobirthing class has given my husband and I wonderful tools to use during our upcoming natural labor. Since I did not know what a doula was, I was skeptical that we needed one for the birth of our child. Technically Tanya is a Monitrice, but I do not know enough other positive words to describe her.
