Apartments are very spacious!!! Moved in 3 mons ago. 2 terrible things which I been warned about. Everything is electric we're barely home we leave our heat on 60 and a 3 month bill was WELL OVER 1,000. ABD WITH THE LAST STORM THEY DID T PLOW UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER. I was stuck pulling in for about 40 mins until 2 generous people stopped to dig my car out
Worst experience ever!! Do not rent from this company!! The management is abysmal, and getting anything done is literally like trying to draw blood from a turnip. They will literally ignore you when it comes to any type of account issue concerning your balance or deposit. Overall the price does not constitute the living conditions, $1460 a month for a one bedroom apartment that does not come with any type of AC is ridiculous. Find other places to rent from, you will thank me.
I’m not sure why people are saying such bad things about this complex. I have lived ALL OVER Monmouth and Ocean County. These apartments are affordable, cozy, spacious, and safe. All of the neighbors I’ve met are friendly, willing to have a conversation, and on the younger side. People in their thirties or 40’s.
