For the overall experience I was happy. I purchased a 2010 Pruis from them. They did all the work in getting registered and all the sales stuff taken care of. I switched out my loan from the one I got with them to my own bank, and taking their loan did get the car off the lot. The price was right for the car. Better off walking! These people SUCK! As a business owner, I understand customer satisfaction, But these guys Don"t!!!! My 23 yr old son and I purchased a car from Rosa, in January. 3 weeks later the engine needs replacing!
