We lived under McGruder Properties management for 2 years on Live Oak Ln and it truly has been a pleasure. We lived in a nice duplex with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and an attached garage for the same cost as some 1 bed 1 bath apartments in Columbia. They are very friendly, quick to respond, and keep to their word. On more than one occasion they have also gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I rented through McGruder Properties for 6 years. I loved the owners and the duplex. If anything broke the maintenance man would come either the same day you called or the next morning. The duplex was big and spacious and it was pretty nice. My family of 5 and 2 dogs was happy with this place.
