I've been coming to this office for 16 years. I wouldn't switch obgyn for no body else. They take their time, they listen and is all about their patients.

This practice in the Schenectady location is always understaffed. The practice physical space is old and worn. This is not how an OB/GYN office should look. I waited in the exam room for 30 mins not the waiting room. I asked the NP is this normal procedure she stated that they are understaffed and had a lot of clients this morning and that someone should have told me.
