This practice in the Schenectady location is always understaffed. The practice physical space is old and worn. This is not how an OB/GYN office should look. I waited in the exam room for 30 mins not the waiting room. I asked the NP is this normal procedure she stated that they are understaffed and had a lot of clients this morning and that someone should have told me.
