Horrible place to live
My mother lives here. I understand that there are people living in the Senior apartments with children. I also understand that the residents are asked to sweep leaves off of porches and sidewalks. Where are the maintenance and lawn care workers? A senior could fall on those leaves and break a hip. They say these apartments are low income but the prices they are charging senior citizens does indicate low income.
Just renobut lots of issues, took 8 months to renovate Apts but work was poor at best in our apt. Owner's never respond to calls or texts, onsite management is only here Monday and Tuesday. They are also managing Senior Apts in Alvarado with same complaint about owner's lack of response.
