Great mediator for high conflict! Kevin was outstanding! He pulls no punches! Tells you like it is and won't sugar coat it! He got my ex to see the reality that after 20+ years of marriage with him as the main bread winner, I was entitled to spousal maintenance. So my ex was then willing to negotiate instead of having to go to trial.
Very poor mediator. Mr McGrath does little to nothing to eatablish any repour with the parties. He primarily speaks with attorneys behind closed doors, excluding the litigants. He is passive in his approach, accomplishes little in an all-day mediation and is downright condescending and paternalistic in his demeanor/approach. I have experienced many mediators in a professional setting and he is one of the worst. I would not use him again.
