31 days. That’s how long we were without our kitchen thanks to MC Granite. The list of EVERYTHING that went wrong is too long to list here. Awful experience.

Awful experience. Installation time was much longer than we were told. They damaged the sink we ordered and waited four days to reorder. Wood strips were nailed into our brand new cabinets instead of using the clips that came with sink. Management never followed up. Do not recommend!
I would choose Home Depot over MC Granite! We have done two complete kitchen countertop installs in remodels. Our Home Depot Experience was by far superior. MC Granite started by showing up late. Then gouged holes in our new flooring durning old countertop removal. And, cuts were wrong for the sink that they took with them to measure. As of now all we have had is a promise for a repair on what they damaged. No action! I know everyone has bad days. Don’t make the same mistake we did. We were shown remnants as a good option for our small outdoor kitchen. Found out today the so called “lifetime warranty” doesn’t apply. I guess I failed to read the fine print and we already have cracks just a few months later. Buyer Beware!

I’m a home builder that uses MC Granite for all of my homes. My most recent experience was on a remodel of my personal house. MC granite did a fantastic job and the pricing was incredible!! Luciano and Lorena are true professionals that are a pleasure to deal with!
We just had granite countertops installed, the installers were super fast, friendly and professional... the showroom is full of beautiful choices and very pleasant and helpful sales staff... would highly recommend to anyone who needs granite countertops. Install was fast and efficient and they took the old ones away!
