We were forced to use McGovern Appraisal in Marblehead due to our bank's loan policy and would strongly urge you against using them at all costs that is unless you want your home undervalued as that is what Jeanne the principal owner did. If your home is a one of kind don't use them and ask for a different appraiser. We are thankful that our bank management team and underwriters were able to determine that as well as it could have had a significant impact on our loan.
