I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time & waited an additional 20 minutes past my appointment time today for my daughter. I decided to reschedule and walk out. While waiting I saw the doctor come in with his lunch 15 minutes past my appointment time. I don't think this place appreciates anybody else's time. They are not professional at all. I went to the office to get my glasses cleaned and a screw replaced. My glasses are not even six months old and the young hispanic associate told me that I had to pay for a repair. I think that is ridiculous when a sign posted states that it's free to repair. So disappointed. 11/5/19 12:05 pm on my lunch break. Mrs. April Joshlin
