They did good work and arrived in a timely manner. My issue was with the billing and transparency. Details: They did a warranty replacement of a blower motor on Oct 7. When the completed the work, I asked how much it was (I never got a quote), and they told me "We'll bill you, but don't worry, it won't be much". So I waited and forgot. On Dec 5, I got an invoice for $200 for labor - I thought it was a little high based on what they told me, so I wrote a private note and paid the full amount.
