Not greatly responsive staff. They aren’t able to help with HOA fines and kept charges on our account for touching up a stained deck in THE SAME STAIN IT WAS ALREADY STAINED IN. No matter how many times I tried to explain this, they missed the point. They’re nice but I honestly don’t get the point of having nice people who can’t do a job.
We have had Tabbetha Muller at McGarr and associates for over a year now and I can’t rate her high enough. After having 3 other property managers, I had almost given up hope of finding a good one. She returns calls, is seen on property for inspections, finds the best contractors, and always follows thru with what she says she will do! I haven’t heard any of our residents complain about her. Being a board member, Tabbetha makes my position so easy, I would highly recommend her!
just now New McGarr Associates is a poor property manager. They apply the rules of homeowner associations in a desperate and unfair manner. They choose which homeowners to favorite and which owners to target. After having been a diligent and upstanding homeowner within our homeowner association, Mr. McGarr placed a lean on our home without proper notice and with the communication of our intent to pay. They do a great job working with the HOA board
I have lived at Cottage Place condo’s in Donelson for 32 years, we have Brooke Bolinger as our property manager, she’s worthless. She’ll tell you she’ll take care of something and never follow through. I know several years ago Riverstone had her and they thought she was the worst and got rid of her, now I’ve heard another one of her properties isn’t happy with her. I have never seen her on the property ever, thought that was part of her job!
