Worst front desk customer service. Not accommodating at all. Denied sending a reminder of appointment as I was driving. Ignorant phone etiquette
It has been a great experience for me for and our now 1 yr old daughter! They know Ariah by name and remember when she was newborn and coming into the office. We never have to wait long and there are times we was able to get a same day appointment! The picture is our baby girl with Dr McFayden because she was a doctor for Halloween. No, they aren't the most popular but they are an exceptional office!!!
