Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered

I have been going here for years and now it is time to stop. This man needs to retire. For the past few years he shuffles around like he has no idea where he is. No joke, he looks drugged up. I used to think it was funny because I had no teeth problems but when i saw the staff not properly cleaning tools and I had an abscess on my gum after going i knew it was time to switch dentists. I went to this dentist as he was in my "Network" I have had more root canals and cavities than ever before, luckily all of my molars have had root canals and fillings now I'm just waiting to afford the crowns for those teeth. I had to go to a specialist to fix the problem after he performed a root canal. The specialist was not in my network and cost me $2000.00 up front to have this surgery done. I was in agony with the pain & swelling that was caused as a result of the botched root canal. I would rather pay alittle more out... read more

McFadden broke the Hippocratic Oath...he did MORE damage...he said I had 2 cavaties side by side that needed filling...he did one...it hurt worse...I thought maybe because he'd drilled, etc. Went back a week later...WORSE...now in constant pain...he said, "yes, I thought that would happen...probably do a root canal." No, he's not milking me for more money, I moved to a competent dentist who will do the job correctly the FIRST time...he's cost me hours in wasted time and wasted pain...taking advil like candy to sleep at night... read more

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
