I RARELY give reviews, good or bad. I think two my whole life, both positive. But this seriously made me upset and is the first negative review I've posted. Ever. I talked to Blake Carruth 7 days ago about evicting a tenant and expressed my urgency in the matter. He seemed great and told me a 30 day letter would go out that day and someone would call me "within 30 minutes to collect a retainer". Perfect. Nobody called. I had to call the next day to give my $850 retainer and was assured again the letter would go out that day.... read more
