I had them come out on a Monday morning to give me an estimate on my chimney. Tuesday evening I had a few questions so I called and left a voicemail. By Friday morning I had not recieved an estimate nor did I receive a call back about my question. I called in to the office and the office manager advised that they had never planned on giving me an estimate. Well that's awesome. Why was I never contacted?
