Staff was very nice. Brought in three children in which two were having their eyes checked. When my toddler became upset at the appointment the staff was both understanding and polite about it. They even pulled out a stuffed animal to sooth him. One of my children suffers from vasovagal (fainting spells) and had one in the office. The doctor knew right away what was happening and assisted my child until I was able to get to her.
