No one answers the phone. Management does fix pressing matters to the unit. Not safe.
I've lived at McDowell East for many years. The Manager, Rose, made my stay worthwhile as she was quick to repair requests and equally quick with any requested paperwork. What I didn't like were the constant helicopter circling the premises, at night. My van's tires were slashed twice, in the parking lot.
