My husband called several times and was told he would get a call back to schedule something. They never called him back until they were at our house. They never called to schedule anything so no-one was ever at the house, and once again never called back.
I have ordered multiple interior doors, multiple door knobs, and four three-pane slider windows from them. They also installed the roof on some rental property for me. Good service and products. I would, and do, recommend them.
